Every since Baby J was 4 months old and sitting in her highchair, she has always propped her feet on this holder meant to be used to hang the highchair tray on the back of the highchair. It has gotten so that we cannot let her keep her shoes on while in the highchair because of the way she puts her feet and pushes on this holder--it rubs the soles of her shoes off and that lands in the little tray meant to hold her feet. Just another peculiar thing some babies do!
